Lately Rayfon sent a HDPE crushing washing project to the South African market.
This client has been making HDPE recycling by their own way for many years. But recycling is just a small part of business for them, while whose main business is producing and selling plastic products such as containers, trays, etc.

According to the customer's studies, we have learned that these bottles about to be arriving may contain oil stains, steel balls, and other metals, springs and other common impurities used in daily life. Therefore, in this new washing production line, we have taken into account of all the stages for purifying these foreign substances, while trying to protect the blades of the equipment as much as possible for the long term and reducing unnecessary maintenance.
