This customized ABS/PS rigid and brittle waste recycling line fits for waste plastic from both household appliances and auto parts, tailored for a regular US customer, And this was a repeat order from them. After years of stable running, the previous ordered lines have earned high praises from the customer for excellent output, exceptional purity, and high level of automation.
Equipment and Process Technology
1.The first step is a metal chain conveyor, which has strong load-bearing capacity and a wider range of application scenarios comparing to normal belt conveyor. The whole chain is made of 3mm-thick stainless steel. And the guide rails are independently lubricated with oil and come with their own lubrication pump.
2. The second one is the hammering part.
After the chain conveyor sends feedstock. This machine with processing capacity of 3 tons per hour is able to get your input materials mixed with metals hammered into pieces easily and efficiently.
3. Now you can see an equipment stretching over the belt conveyor. This is called magnetic separator. It helps to remove all kinds of iron in the hammered pieces.
4. While this is another important automatic sorting part.
This device is called Eddy-Current machine, which gets some special metals separated. Such as Aluminum, Copper, Zinc, etc And it provides the maximum protection for the blades of crushers along with the previous magnetic sorting machine.
5. The key crushing and air-separating steps come.
This heavy-duty and high-efficiency crusher with capacity of 3 tons per hour is one of our core equipment which can get the pieces crushed into little flakes you need.
The one next to crusher is a zig-zag air separator which removes light impurities, such as labels.
6. And the last part is siloing the flakes you expect.
