The Manual Feed Plastic Granulator (Non-Pressure Feed System) is engineered for flexible processing of various plastic materials through open-hopper feeding. Designed for operations requiring frequent material changes or handling of oversized/bulky scrap, this machine efficiently reduces plastic waste into uniform granules without the complexity of automatic feeding mechanisms.
Key Features:
1.Large Open Hopper with Safety Grid:Features an oversized rectangular hopper (600×800mm standard) with 45° feed angle for ergonomic loading. Integrated removable safety grid prevents oversized materials and operator contact with cutting chamber.
2.Modular Maintenance Design:Split housing design with hydraulic opening system allows complete access to cutting chamber. Blade replacement can be performed without disassembling rotor bearings.
3.Intelligent Control System:PLC-based control panel with touchscreen interface displays real-time parameters: motor current, bearing temperature, operation hours. Features programmable start/stop sequences and fault diagnosis.
