The RAYFON EST Plastic PP Tray/PP Pallet Recycling Washing Line is a specialized system designed for efficient size reduction, cleaning, and recycling of post-industrial PP packaging and logistics materials. Through a fully automated process, contaminated PP trays and pallets are transformed into high-purity flakes, enabling circular reuse in manufacturing. The line integrates robust shredding, washing, and separation technologies to handle bulky, heavily soiled PP materials with minimal energy and water consumption.

Process Introduction
The Plastic PP tray and pallet recycling line begins with automated feeding of whole units into the system. Material first undergoes coarse shredding to reduce bulk size, followed by fine grinding that creates uniform 8-12mm flakes. These flakes then proceed through intensive friction washing where mechanical action removes embedded contaminants and labels. A two-stage floatation process follows, where the first tank separates heavy impurities while the second tank performs final purification. The cleaned material then enters a high-speed centrifugal dryer for effective dewatering, reducing moisture to below 3%. The process concludes with automated weighing and bagging of the finished PP flakes, ready for reuse in manufacturing applications. This complete washing system operates without thermal energy input, making it both efficient and cost-effective.
